Processing / Shipping Time​

Orders take 2–3 business days to process. Most orders ship in 5–7 business days. Wigs, lengths over 30”, and closures/frontals over 22” may take longer (up to 13 business days). Hair extensions can

take 7–10 business days to process during busy seasons.

Need hair fast? Check out our IMMEDIATE SHIPPING section. Prices may be higher, but items ship right away. Subject to availability.​

Appointments:​

Please book your hair appointment after receiving your order. We’re not responsible for missed appointments due to shipping times.

Sale Events:

During sales events, please allow for additional processing time, as orders will not ship until the sale has concluded and will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
